E&M is a Jordanian engineering and contracting company working since 1993, available to United Nations agencies, international NGOs, embassies and donor-funded programmes that need civil works, steel structures, warehouses, facility rehabilitation or maintenance delivered in Jordan. Our own engineering office in Amman and steel factory in Wadi Al-Esh let us carry a package from design support through fabrication to installation under one contract.

Procurement-ready documentation
We provide the documentation packages tender committees ask for: commercial registration, contractor classification, company profile, technical method statements, HSE approach, organisation chart, equipment list and references — prepared in English or Arabic to the format the agency requires.
Vendor registration and tender response
E&M responds to requests for quotation, invitations to bid and framework agreement calls, and can complete vendor registration and supplier due-diligence forms for agencies and international organisations operating in Jordan.
Compliance and site conduct
Works follow Jordanian codes and the client's own standards on safety, worker welfare, environmental care and community conduct, with directly supervised crews, documented inspections and clear reporting through to hand-over.
Delivery across Jordan
Teams and transport are based in Amman, with works executed across Jordanian governorates, including remote and industrial sites where accommodation, logistics and self-sufficient crews are required.

Programme and procurement staff deal with one engineering-led team for clarification, submittals, progress reporting and hand-over, in English or Arabic.
