The E&M steel factory in Wadi Al-Esh, opposite Abu Khurma Well, supports the company's structural steel, metal construction and industrial work. Fabricating in our own facility keeps sequencing, tolerances and delivery under the same engineering control as site erection.
From drawing to finished component
Approved design drawings are developed into shop drawings and cutting lists, then cut, drilled, assembled, welded and prepared as marked components ready for erection.
Metal construction assemblies
Frames, brackets, supports, tanks and vessels' support work, ducting supports, gratings, ladders, handrails and other metal construction items produced to project detail.
Welding and dimensional control
Welding is performed to the procedure agreed for the project, with fit-up checks, dimensional verification against shop drawings and visual inspection before components leave the factory.
Surface treatment and delivery
Surface preparation and protective coating are applied before loading. Components are marked, bundled by erection sequence and transported to site to suit the installation programme.
