Facility Overview
E&M operates its own steel factory at Wadi Al-Esh, opposite Abu Khurma Well. Fabrication is carried out in-house and planned together with site execution, so shop work and erection follow one programme and one set of approved drawings.

Hole forming, bolt-group setting out and connection processing to match the connection details.
Structural Steel Fabrication
Columns, beams, trusses, bracing and base plates fabricated as complete frame packages ready for erection.
Steel Buildings and Hangars
Warehouses, industrial halls and hangars fabricated as complete building packages, including secondary steel, cladding and roofing support systems.
Quality Control
Material traceability, dimensional checks, fit-up verification, weld inspection and coating checks are recorded through fabrication and before dispatch.
Material Handling
Overhead lifting inside the workshop and yard handling for storage, loading and transport of fabricated assemblies.
Site Installation and Erection
Delivery sequencing, lifting plans, setting out, bolting and alignment carried out by E&M erection teams, closing the loop between shop and site.
