Heavy lifting and equipment setting
Lifting plans, crane and rigging selection, load routes, ground checks and controlled placement of vessels, tanks, silos, skids and heavy machinery onto prepared foundations.
Supporting steel and civil interfaces
Foundations, anchor bolts, base plates, support frames, platforms and access steel are fabricated and installed by E&M, so tolerances between the structure and the equipment are controlled from one side.
Mechanical coordination
Alignment, levelling, grouting, bolting, pipe and duct support installation, and coordination with mechanical and electrical trades through to hand-over checks.
Working in operating facilities
Installations inside running plants are planned around access restrictions, shutdown windows and permit requirements so production interruption stays as short as the works allow.
