Civil construction

Civil Construction Company in Jordan

E&M Construction delivers civil works from site preparation through to structural completion, combining engineering supervision with disciplined site execution. Our civil teams work in Amman and across Jordan, frequently alongside our own structural steel and industrial installation crews on the same programme.

Concrete and foundation works

Excavation, formwork, reinforcement, casting and finishing for footings, rafts, columns, slabs and retaining structures. Setting out, level control and concrete acceptance are checked before each pour so structural work stays aligned with the issued drawings.

Buildings and industrial civil packages

Civil packages for industrial and commercial facilities: machine bases and plinths, equipment foundations, floors, pits, trenches, block work and builder's work in connection with mechanical and electrical trades.

Infrastructure and external works

Site infrastructure such as access roads, hardstanding, drainage runs, ducting routes, boundary works and external services coordination, executed in sequence with the main construction programme.

Coordinated site management

One engineering point of contact manages sequencing, subcontracted trades, material delivery and inspection points. Because E&M also fabricates and installs steel, civil and steel interfaces are resolved on drawings before they reach the site.
