About E&M Construction — A Jordanian Engineering Company Established in 1993

E&M Engineering & Maintenance, known in the market as E&M Construction, has worked in Jordan since 1993. The company covers civil construction, structural steel, metal construction, industrial installation and maintenance — capabilities that are usually split between several contractors.

How the company developed

E&M began with engineering and maintenance work and expanded steadily into construction and fabrication as clients asked for more of the scope from one contractor. That growth shaped the company's structure: engineering, civil execution, steel production and installation under one management.

Two working locations

The main office in Arjan, Ibn Al-Haytham Street, Building No. 22, Amman handles engineering, coordination and client contact. The steel factory in Wadi Al-Esh, opposite Abu Khurma Well, supports structural steel, metal construction, fabrication and industrial operations.

How we work

Every project runs through the same route: review the requirement, engineer the detail, fabricate or procure, execute with supervised crews, and check the work before hand-over. Interfaces between trades are settled on drawings rather than improvised on site.

Direction

E&M continues to invest in its engineering team, factory capability and execution methods, with the aim of taking on larger integrated packages in Jordan and the region while keeping the same direct, accountable way of working.
